Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your socks must be:

  • unworn and unused,

  • in their original packaging with all tags and sealing intact,

  • in the same condition as received.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks if the sealing is removed or if we determine that the socks have been worn.


Return Costs

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If your item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the return will be accepted at our expense, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.


How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@limono.shop.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, the same conditions apply: the socks must be unworn, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
